I’m conducting the US premiere of this new opera by Czech composer Jiři Trtik and featuring my grad school friend Timur in the lead role.

I am totally thrilled to bring this world back to life, this time in Orange County. One night only!

SEATTLE PRO MUSICA PREMIERE
I’ve recently been commissioned to write a piece for Seattle Pro Musica and will be spending some time in the area doing residencies and guest presentations the week before the show.
March 1st - 6th, 2027 @ Seattle, WA
WATER DREAMS AND AIR SONGS
HEX will be featured on the LA Phil's green umbrella series performing a new piece (a mini opera?) by Pulitzer-prize winning composer Susie Ibarra. We'll also perform a few a cappella tunes, but Susie's piece is the main event. I am, of course, STOKED.
